During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping
Delivery times for an order will depend on the type of shipping selected. We offer the following shipping methods:
Spain and Portugal
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 24 - 48 business hours. (*)
- Pickup in store (exclusive Spain): estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. The available stores will be shown in the shipping section before completing the purchase. (*)
- Collection at Pickup point (exclusive Spain): estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. You will be able to choose the collection point only after paying for the order. (*)
Second Life Program
Second Life clothing items will be shipped to physical stores, so you must select the store where you wish to pick up the product at the time of purchase.
The delivery time for Second Life purchases in physical stores is 4-7 business days.
France
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. (*)
Pickup at Pickup point: estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. You will be able to choose the collection point only after paying for the order. (*)
European Union
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 5 - 6 business days. The period begins counting from the shipment of the order.(*)
International
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 3 - 5 business days. The period begins counting from the shipment of the order.(*)
For orders from outside the EU, it must be specified that your order will not be sent until the customer provides their ID or passport for the intra-community invoice, which will be requested by email.
*In case of placing an order outside the European Union, customs taxes and transport fees will be charged upon arrival in the destination country whenever applicable. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
*In case of refusal of the package once it has been sent, the costs incurred in the course of the shipment will be deducted from the amount of the order.
General information
(*) These deadlines are indicative and begin counting from 24 business hours following the purchase date. Select delivery to store or pickup point if you spend time away from home or are on vacation. You will have several days and ample time to pick it up. In addition, you will join our ECO initiative.
The shipment of your order will be carried out by the transport company Seur and UPS if the order is international.
During periods of sales, promotions or special campaigns the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Shipping to a store or pickup point does not entail shipping costs.
Home delivery costs will be calculated before payment.

Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
