Return or exchange deadlines and costs

• You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request an exchange or return.
• The cost of the first return or exchange will be free. Returns or subsequent exchanges of the same order will have a cost of €3.90.
• Only one exchange can be requested per garment.
• You must take your return or exchange to your nearest GLS point.

Ways to process a return or exchange

• In a physical store: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order delivery note or confirmation email and the garment(s) to be returned or exchanged.
• Request a return/exchange at home or at a pickup point here.
  

Return or exchange conditions

• To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
• Gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Only one exchange can be requested per garment . If the product has been changed and the new one does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service here .

Repayment period

• Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
• If the selected refund method is not instant, the credit will be made to the same payment method used to
  process the order and it will be effective in a maximum of 14 days.
• If you return your order in store, the refund will be made to the same payment method with which you processed the order and it may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account.
