Returns & Exchanges
Do you need to return or exchange the product received? In this section you can find all the information you need to know.
Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- We have extended the return period for purchases made between 21.11.24 and 12.12.24
- You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size change or a return.
- The cost of returns is free. It is recommended to make only one request to process the exchange or return.
- Returns or exchanges at home will be managed through SEUR.
- Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR.
- The costs of size changes and returns in the Balearic Islands will be borne by the buyer.
Ways to process a return or exchange
- Returns in physical stores: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order receipt or confirmation email and the item(s) to be returned. Exchanges cannot be processed in stores, a return and a new sale will be processed. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores at El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.

Return or exchange conditions
- To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
- Gift cards and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Only one exchange per item can be requested . If the product has been exchanged and the new one does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service here .
Refund period
- Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the payment will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

- Returns of gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be requested.
Repayment period
- Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
- If the refund method selected is not instant, the credit will be made in the same payment method used to process the order and will be effective in a maximum of 14 days.
