Return or exchange deadlines and costs

• You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request an exchange or return.
• The cost of the first return or exchange will be free in mainland Spain and Portugal.
• Returns or subsequent exchanges of the same order will have a cost of €3.90.
• Returns or exchanges at home will be managed through SEUR.
• Returns or exchanges at the pickup point will be managed through the Post Office.
• The costs of size changes and returns in the Balearic Islands will be assumed by the buyer.

Ways to process a return or exchange

• In a physical store: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order delivery note or confirmation email and the garment(s) to be returned or exchanged. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores at El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.
• Request a return/exchange at home or at a pickup point here.

Return or exchange conditions

• To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
• Gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Only one exchange can be requested per garment . If the product has been changed and the new one does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service here .

Repayment period

• Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
• If the selected refund method is not instant, the credit will be made to the same payment method used to
  process the order and it will be effective in a maximum of 14 days.
• If you return your order in store, the refund will be made in the same payment method with which you processed the order and it may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account.
