ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTING A REFUND
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any signs of use, and always with the relevant receipt.
If possible, the product should be returned in the same packaging it was received in.
20 days from the date of receipt.
Underwear, face masks, socks and boxers may not be returned or exchanged.
TYPES OF RETURNS
1- In-Store Returns FREE
You can process your return at any SILBON store (except for El Corte Ingles stores and Outlet Stores). To do this you must take the product you wish to return to your local store along with your order receipt, keeping in mind the following options:
- Size exchange or exchange for another product of the same price:
If you wish to exchange the product purchased for another size, and if said size is available at the physical store where you are processing the exchange, you can make the exchange by returning the purchased item along with your order receipt.
- Return for another product of a higher or lower price: In this case the operation is carried out differently.
First, the return of the purchased product is processed in store; the amount reimbursed will be refunded to the same payment method used for the online purchase within a period of 7 days.
Second, the items you wish to buy in store must be paid for in full as if it were a new purchase, independent of the online return transaction.
- Refund for the amount paid:
In this case, you would have to take the product you wish to return back to store along with the order receipt. The store assistant who serves you must give you a proof of return slip. The item will be sent to our central facilities for review. The amount paid will be refunded back to you within 7 days of delivery of the product to store. If there were any incident regarding the product, this would be communicated within the same time period.
2- SEUR PICKUP from home (ONLY Europe Zone I)
You can inform us that you wish to return a product through the customer area of silbonshop.com or writing to email@example.com. We will contact you with 24-48 hours to arrange a collection time with our transport company. Within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.
If you give us back the whole order, the refund amount will be the total price of order less 8,95 of pickup costs. You can send us the return via your reliable transport company. This deduction will also be applied if you return products from the same order to us several times.
CHANGING SIZES from home
If you want to change sizes of your order, you have to inform us about the new size you are looking for in your costumer area or via firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, you have to send us items you want to change. We are sending new sizes free of charge once we receive old items. Please write us if you have some questions concerning your right sizes.
For an exchange of size in Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Mexico, Canada or America, the costumer have to return the first order and place a new order with new sizes. Customs expenses of these returns will be subtracted from the refund.
