HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
- You need to register as a customer by clicking on My Account and then Create Account.
- Choose the product you wish to buy and select it by clicking on the image or on the add button. A screen with the complete description of the product will open.
- Before adding the product to your cart, check that you have chosen the correct size.
- Click on the “Add to basket” button that corresponds to the desired product and it will be added to your “Basket”.
- Repeat the operation as many times as you wish to buy different products.
- Once you have added all the items to your basket, head to the “MY BASKET” section to complete the purchase.
- Choose to pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Which methods of payment can I use?
You can choose between the different payment methods accepted by the Silbon online store:
- Credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account you can make the payment this way.
- Bank transfer: You can also pay for orders via bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can notify us that you wish to cancel your order through the customer area, in the incidents section.
Are the prices the same in store and online?
Yes, at Silbon we keep prices the same both online and in physical stores.
Will the product I receive be the same as the one in the photo?
The product you receive should look exactly as it does in the photo, except in the case of products made using artisanal processes that can cause slight variations.
How do I receive my order receipt?
After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email with a link to your order receipt, which you can download, save or print.
How can I access my account if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to “My Account” and click on “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email in the corresponding box, click on “Recover” and you will receive a new password promptly via email.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
